What is your booking process?
Send your request to [email protected] or complete the booking forms found in the "Airport Transfers" and "Island Tours" sections.
Call us on 1 758 454 3500 or 1 758 485 5555 (mobile).
How early do I have to book my tour or transfer?
The earlier the better. We suggest 24 hours notice for phone in reservations and 48 hours for e-mail bookings. If you have a last minute booking it is best to contact us by phone. No booking is confirmed unless we get back to you with confirmation.
Who do I look for when I get to the airport?
A representative of More Than A Cab will be available upon your exit from the customs area holding up a sign bearing your name as well as the company's.
What if my flight is delayed or early?
We will monitor the status of your flight on the day and be available upon your exit from the customs area.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash payments as well as Visa and Mastercard transactions. Please note that notice must be given if you are paying by credit card.
When is payment required?
Payment is required at the end of your transfer or tour.
Do you have child car seats?
We do offer child car seats and booster seats. You will need to inform us that you would be requiring this service in order to have it on hand for your use.
Are the tours or transfers private?
Your journey is exclusive to you and can be customised to suit your needs. You do not have to worry about being delayed, waiting to pick up other passengers or having a tour drop off other passengers before you.
Can we stop along the way during our airport transfers?
Yes we can. We accommodate our clients by stopping to take in the beautiful scenery, getting to know the locals by enjoying a cold beer or to make a quick stop for some essentials at the supermarket.
Where do we get picked up for our tour?
All pick ups are from the hotel's lobby or a previously arranged location.
Can we add additional sights to our tour?
Yes you can, however there may be additional charges based on entry fees and distance of new added sights. Please discuss with your driver/guide.
How long do we have at each location during our tour?
That is totally up to you. We spend as much time as you wish to at each site.
Are tours inclusive of entrance fees?
Yes, all quotes for tours are inclusive of entrance fee to the sights requested.
Are tours inclusive of food and beverage?
We do not include food and beverage in our costings, as clients tastes are different. We can have pre arranged beverage packages available based on your needs.
Can we stop for lunch during the tour?
Most certainly. We will be happy to make recommendations based on our location, your budget and preferences.
Are your vehicles and company licensed?
All vehicles are fully licensed and have passed inspection by the Ministry of Tourism. Our company is run in line with the policies set and governed by the laws of Saint Lucia.
